How do I Order?
You'll first send me a email through the "CONTACT" page. In your email you'll include 1.) your name 2.) Phone number 3.) Wig name. Once I receive this info I will give you a call within 48 hours and we'll set up a good time for you to come into the salon for a consultations. During consultation I'll take your head measurements (IF REQUESTED) we'll discuss the type wig your wanting, your pick-up date, policy etc. Once your order is submitted a 50% deposit is due **NON-REFUNDABLE** upfront and the remainder balance due upon pick-up. Also, your welcome to send me any type photo of a style you desire. Once the order is submitted, I will be in touch with you along the process to ask questions and keep you out up-to-date with your order status.
Whats the processing time for units?
Standard turn around time is an estimated 3-4weeks.
Do you have wigs ready for purchase?
While the majority of our wigs are custom made, we do have Factory Made wigs available for purchase.
Due to the nature of the item, all sales are FINAL on purchases once received. When you receive your custom unit in the mail or pick up, if for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase you have made, STW will be more than happy to RECONSTRUCT, COLOR, CUT OR STYLE your unit over for you within 7 days after receiving product at no cost. However, customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways. Once purchase is made there will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, NO NEGOTIATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We stand behind my work 100% because we take pride in providing you with a quality product.
However, do remember that when you receive your unit, you will need to work with it and make it your own... This will be my first suggestion prior to doing any work on the unit.
